Volume of a Triangular Prism

The volume of a triangular prism can be found by the formula:
volume= length width height.

Calculate the following knowing that: |-a| = a; |a| = a,  ex.: |-2| = 2 ; |2| = 2

1.        |-2| ∙ |-5| =

Solution:

|-2| ∙ |-5| = 2 ∙ 5 = 10

2.        |-2| ∙ |+5| =

Solution:

|-2| ∙ |+5| = 2∙ 5 = 10

3.        |+2| ∙ |-5| =

Solution:

|+2| ∙ |-5| = 2 ∙ 5 = 10

4.        6 ∙ 8 =

Solution:

6 ∙ 8 = 48

Proposed Exercises:
