We are shaped and fashioned by what we love.

Theory:

Fractions consist of two numbers. The top number is called the numerator. The bottom number is called the denominator.

     numerator
    denominator

The numerator tells how many parts we are talking about. The denominator tells how many total pieces are in the whole object. If an object is divided into eight pieces and three of them are red, then 3/8's of the pieces are red.

Solutions from the Previous Issue:

1.        Michael is seven years old. If her brother, Greg, is six years older, than how old is Michael?
